Biography:

A veteran of the MSP industry, Giraldo serves as ScalePad’s CXO, helming its partner success and IT organizations.
 
In addition to building his own MSP business, Luis previously developed and commercialized SaaS application Monkey Box, and has held senior leadership roles in product, strategy, and marketing at major MSP tool vendors IT Glue and N-able prior to joining ScalePad.
 
Luis is a consummate IT professional and product strategist, recognized by his peers in the channel.

What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?

Partners are still dealing with hardware supply challenges  long lead times make improving or even maintaining their clients environments challenging. Uncertainty persists for MSPs as their SMB clients move to hybrid work from home models. Cybersecurity and risk management will continue to be top of mind for everyone in the channel. Macroeconomic issues over the next year might be a factor too  rising inflation could stifle investment that might help the chip and semiconductor shortage.

Increase partners customer satisfaction ratings: expand our offerings to improve the partner experience and give them the tools they need for their business success.

As well as being ScalePad CXO, Luis is also the CEO of Vancouver-based Ook, a 6-person MSP and 2019 recipient of the Canada Growth 500 list (#25 in Information Technology, #22 in Vancouver). Ook has appeared on the CRN MSP 500 and Pioneer 250 (2019) lists, as well as ChannelFutures’ MSP 501. As an individual that is intimately familiar with both MSPs and MSP vendors, Luis is passionately focused on helping MSPs improve their business and strategy execution, and advocates strongly for MSPs.
