What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?
Partners are still dealing with hardware supply challenges long lead times make improving or even maintaining their clients environments challenging. Uncertainty persists for MSPs as their SMB clients move to hybrid work from home models. Cybersecurity and risk management will continue to be top of mind for everyone in the channel. Macroeconomic issues over the next year might be a factor too rising inflation could stifle investment that might help the chip and semiconductor shortage.

As well as being ScalePad CXO, Luis is also the CEO of Vancouver-based Ook, a 6-person MSP and 2019 recipient of the Canada Growth 500 list (#25 in Information Technology, #22 in Vancouver). Ook has appeared on the CRN MSP 500 and Pioneer 250 (2019) lists, as well as ChannelFutures’ MSP 501.
