One of Erika’s greatest accomplishment is leading one of the most successful Sales team in the channel. Her ability to communicate, inspire and motivate others make her an essential a leader. In 2021, her team achieved the largest revenue growth year to date while expanding Honeywell’s SPS footprint in her business segments.

What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?

The Covid-19 pandemic and its variants have made it very challenging to get closer to customers and teams to conduct the “business as usual” routine. Additionally, the Supply Chain setbacks seen in 2021 will continue into mid 2022. We’ll need to continue to push forward and offer flexibility while encouraging transparency as many companies continue their the adaption to the new normal.

What are your top channel goals for 2022?

One of Erika’s primary goals is to work even closer with her sales teams as well as her strategic partners, to identify new opportunities for growth and new business. In 2022 Erika and team will be laser focus on educating and supporting their primary account sales managers through product solution trainings that will provide them with the
information they need in order to be successful in selling and recommending Honeywell’s SPS solutions.
