Since the age of 15, Eric has been helping people with IT. After a degree in computer engineering, he owned both a break/fix and managed service company for a total of 17 years. He has also been a CIO & COO. In 2013, he started his journey down the vendor/dark side of the channel working for GFI Max/LogicNow/SolarWindsMSP. He is currently the Director of Partner Community at Egnyte, chairperson of the MSP Community at CompTIA, and runs the All Things MSP Facebook group and YouTube channel.
