He has helped many MSPs successfully manage the supply chain attacks by offering hands-on support to ensure recovery and driving awareness about security threats and compliance.
What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?
In 2022, the biggest challenge partners face is cybersecurity and how solution providers protect businesses against growing cyberattacks. We are also continuing to help our partners adjust to economic headwinds, as well as the tail-end of the pandemic and how companies begin to shift back to a steady-state environment.

Protecting business data from constantly evolving attack vectors is the primary challenge and market opportunity for Axcient and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. The market needs a business continuity revolution, and our community can accomplish that in 2022.
We are investing in modernizing backup through automation, reducing downtime, improving efficacy and increasing efficiency, and enabling MSP’s growth strategies.
