What are your top channel accomplishments:

As a Channel Chief, I pride myself on being able to have conversations with our customers and leads, come back to the office, and work with my team to come up with solutions to solve real-world problems that the community is facing in the quoting process. This can include enhancing our PSA integrations like ConnetWise Manage, adding a new vendor integration like Amazon Business, or launching an entirely new solution like VendorRFQ.

What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?

Supply Chain, Products, Backorders, Cancellations – Oh my! We are launching a new integrated product, VendorRFQ, that will be crucial for Vendor Communication. With supply chain issues, having centralized vendor communication – for the entire team – for all vendors – for all products will enable teams to order and find the best products for their customers.
